About Us
Come and join us in southeast Nebraska to hunt pheasant, quail, turkey, and whitetail deer on more than 1,000 acres of prime hunting ground. Cub Creek Hunting offers guided and non-guided hunts on a variety of terrain; including farmland, native grasses, pasture, and timber along Cub Creek, a fresh-water stream and its tributaries that cross the property. Our family and friends have hunted this land for years and it is now available to other sportsmen. While wild turkeys and whitetail deer are abundant, we are helping mother nature by raising and releasing pheasants and quail to supplement the native birds.
Because we are a Controlled Shooting Area, hunting permits for pheasant and quail can be purchased from Cub Creek Hunting. Permits for whitetail deer and turkey will need to be acquired through Nebraska Game & Parks. We offer lodging in a bunkhouse, which includes beds, bathrooms, linen service, kitchen, pool table, and cable. If you prefer, we can provide the names and telephone numbers of motels available within 15-20 miles. Transportation to and from can be arranged.
Groups as large as 20 can be accommodated. Guides and guide dogs are available but your hunting dog is more than welcome. A kennel can also be provided.
Cub Creek Hunting is approximately 100 miles South of Omaha and 50 miles South of Lincoln. We are located 1-1/4 miles South of Nebraska Hwy 4 between Plymouth and Beatrice. We can give you as much or as little help as you desire. We look forward to having you hunt with us.
